Frameless Motor SY25HSV Series

Frameless motors, as the name suggests, lack external components such as motor housings, allowing the stator and rotor to be assembled directly at the application site. This design is beneficial for high integration and structural compatibility with the target product, making them widely praised for their excellent personalization and customization capabilities. The SY25HSV Series, part of this innovative line, includes two models: FL25HSV05-24V-10025-02 and FL25HSV09-24V-10050-02. Both models operate at 24VDC with 14 poles and 3 phases. The FL25HSV05 offers a rated torque of 32 mN.m and a rated speed of 10,000 RPM, while the FL25HSV09 provides a higher torque of 63 mN.m at the same speed. Both models are capable of reaching a maximum speed of 13,000 RPM. They feature a star connection winding type, ensuring a dielectric strength of 600VAC/1S, 2mA, and an insulation resistance of 100MΩ at 500VDC. Designed to withstand ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C, these motors fall under insulation class B. The wiring is color-coded for easy identification: yellow for Phase U, red for Phase V, and black for Phase W, each with specified wire types and functions. This series exemplifies the versatility and reliability of frameless motor technology.
